Developmental Disabilities in Florida

Promises Made...Promises Kept is the name of a statewide report analyzing policies and public service available to individuals with developmental disabilities in Florida. This 2003 report was compiled for the Florida Developmental Disabilities Council, Inc by the CAD as part of University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research and Service (UCEDD) at the Mailman Center for Child Development.

The author of this comprehensive report are Jean Sherman, Ed.D. (Director of the CAD and faculty member of the UCEDD) and Daniel Armstrong, Ph.D., Director of the Mailman Center and the UCEDD.
